Some people think that we should make plans every day and make full use of time while others think that we should slow down our perception of time and embrace the art of relaxation without stress. In my opinion, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. In fact, it is not the bad thing as it is often supposed to be. A certain amount of stress is vital to providing motivation and giving purpose to life. Since we cannot remove stress from our lives, we need to find ways to deal with it. In addition, planning ahead can help us in anticipating problems and finding solutions rather than leave us faced them all of a sudden. Planning can also help us to be more organized and improve our time management. Therefore, we should make plans for our everyday activities from which we can get a better idea about how much time something will require. As a result, we are less likely to end up running out of time and feeling stressed about finishing a task. All things considered, there can be no doubt about the benefits of planning. If we plan ahead, our life will be less and less stressful and we are more likely to achieve our goals.
