According to the statistics. 2.2 billion people in 62 countries are facing the shortage of fresh water in the world; there is 300 million people in 26 countries are severely short of water. It is expected that other eight countries will join the 26 countries for severely lacking water in 2010 and 2.7 billion people around the world will face the problem of severe water short-age in 2025. 　　The chief reason for water shortage is the low efficiency of water using. As we can see, some water can be reused. For example, we can use the water that we have used to wash clothes, to rinse the toilet. As statistics show, one ton of water will be used while one ton of paper is produced. But with the use of recycled water, the consumption of water can be reduced to half ton. Obviously, with the use of recycled water, the water use efficiency will increase, thus a great lot of water can be saved. But unfortunately, in most of the countries, many companies, particularly in some industries that consume masses of water every day, such as paper making and steel making, haven’t built up their recycle system of water. Lots of water is directly drained without recycling everyday. 　　So how to build up more recycle system of water has become most pressing business that can solve the water shortage problem.
